Dray's expertise stems from a Master's degree in Historic Preservation and a J.D. degree from Boston University, six years as a preservation planner with the Boston Landmarks Commission, eight years as an Adjunct Professor at BU's Master's program in Historic Preservation, and continued growth from over 20 years as a consultant to local communities.
